Solution Psychology Centre have developed three Mindfulness Guided Meditation audio tracks, available with or without music, which you can stream to your preferred device and use whenever you need them.
Consisting of a short Mindfulness track, a longer progressive relaxation track and a longer goal visualisation track; they are all available with or without music and are completely free to use.
