Appointments 

A standard consultation runs for 50 to 60 minutes. You do not need a referral from your doctor, however if you wish to claim the Medicare rebate a Mental Health Plan from your Doctor will be required.

The standard session fee is $250 and is settled at the time of the appointment.

Appointments can be made by:

1) By phoning 0412 400 036 during office hours.

2) Email fharvey@spccentre.com.au. You will be contacted within 24 hours to schedule an appointment.

Rebates

Psychological fees are eligible for the Medicare Rebate for clients with a referral and a Mental Health Plan from their doctor.

Psychological fees are also claimable through Private Health Funds. These amounts will vary depending on the Fund and level of cover. Please check with your provider for this information.

Cancellation or missed appointments

Full session fee will be charged if appointments are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.

It is recommended that missed appointments be rescheduled rather than allowing non-scheduled gaps that can interfere with the therapeutic process.
