Appointments 

Sessions are available Tuesday - Thursday 11am -2pm.

A session runs for approximately one hour. There may be times when a longer session time is required. 

You do not need a referral to see a Psychologist, unless you wish to claim your sessions through Medicare.

The session fee is $250 per hour. Session fees will be charged with your consent to your credit card held on file.

2) Phone 0412 400 036 and leave a voice message or send a text.

Medicare

You will need to make an appointment with your GP (or referring Dr) to assess whether you can benefit from counselling with a Psychologist. If Psychological support would be beneficial, they will provide you with a referral and a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) allowing you to access counselling with a Psychologist under the Better Access Mental Health Care Initiative (MBS)

Medicare provide a rebate for up to 10 sessions per calendar year.

Psychology fees are also claimable through Private Health Funds. These rebates vary depending on the Health Fund and the individual level of cover. Please check with your provider for this information.

Cancellation or Missed Appointments

Full session fee will be charged if appointments are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.

It is recommended that missed appointments be rescheduled rather than allowing non-scheduled gaps that can interfere with the therapeutic process.
